To all Lana Hair Wash Spa customers,

Please review the following policies before making a purchase or booking an appointment. By completing a purchase or booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Refund, Return & Appointment Policy.

• At this time, we accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle for in store payments only. Tips are not included in the service price but are always appreciated.

• Arriving late 5 mins or more, will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. We still charge full amount of the service. 

• If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• A $40 deposit is required for all 2-hour services (Zelle or Venmo). The deposit will be applied to your service total. Cancellations or rescheduling over 24 hours in advance are fully refundable; within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Arrive with a clean face and no makeup. If you wear contact lenses, kindly remove them before your appointment for a more comfortable and relaxing experience.

• All services (include treatments, packages, prepaid services) are non-refundable.

• All product sales are final. Any opened, unsealed, or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase for a full refund.

• If any gift cards and vouchers expired, customers must pay the difference of the regular price for the service.
